Email [email protected] and a person will answer. Include the email you sign in with, never your password.
Common questions
- Forgot your password? Use Sign in and choose "Forgot password?". The emailed link works once, for one hour.
- Can't sign in? After ten wrong passwords in fifteen minutes an account is paused for fifteen minutes. Wait, or reset the password.
- Delete your account: open Settings in the web app or the iPhone app and choose Delete account. See the privacy policy for exactly what is removed.
- Mac app: download it from GitHub Releases and follow the install steps.
- Found a bug? Report it on GitHub or by email.
